• Accept declines gracefully. Do not persist or harass.

Honesty

• Your profile must accurately represent you — age, marital status, children, and intentions.
• Do not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

Privacy & safety

• Do not share others' private information outside the platform.
• Use Private Profile Request for contact details — not public chat.
• You can move a conversation to WhatsApp only if you both agree, using "Continue on WhatsApp" in your chat. On WhatsApp there is no Wali oversight and Zawaj can't moderate messages — you can include your Walis in a group if you both choose.
• Report concerns promptly. We review every report.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal. Serious misconduct may be reported to relevant authorities.
